Judith Schouten, CCMP®
Judith Schouten is the founder and principal consultant of Schouten Consulting LLC, an advisory practice dedicated to helping people and organizations successfully navigate change.
Over the past two decades, Judith has provided clients with change strategy, change management, change metrics, change capability, leadership alignment, coaching, facilitation, training, organizational effectiveness, and program management services.
She has developed and delivered high-impact change workshops in change management, strategy and talent, and organizational and individual resiliency, for audiences ranging from CIOs to project managers and frontline leaders.
Judith Schouten works with clients in Washington, DC, North America, and globally, including Europe and Japan. She holds degrees from Georgetown University and Boston University.
