A fast place to start
The Rapid Change Leader Check-in
A rapid, focused read on your change, so you know whether to push, pause, or support before you spend another month guessing.
What it is
One conversation. A clear read. Concrete next steps.
The Check-in is a 60–90 minute diagnostic session with you, the leader carrying the change, followed by a short written read-out.
We use a structured set of questions to look at your change from both lenses: what your people are likely experiencing, and what the signals you already have are telling you. You leave knowing where things are stalling and what to try next.
60–90 min
Focused diagnostic session, held virtually.
Written read-out
A short summary of findings and recommendations.
What you’ll walk away with
Clarity you can act on this week.
A fatigue vs. resistance read
An honest view of whether people are depleted, unconvinced, or both, and what that means for your next move.
Your stall points, named
Where the change is losing momentum: sponsorship, communication, capacity, capability, or trust.
Prioritized next steps
Two or three practical actions to push, pause, or support, and how to tell whether they’re working.

Questions
About the Check-in
How much does the Check-in cost?
The Check-in is a low-cost entry point. Pricing depends on your situation, so send an inquiry and we’ll share details along with available dates.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Just a brief description of your change. If you have existing data such as survey results, adoption numbers, or timelines, bring it, but it isn’t required.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Everything you share stays between you and Schouten Consulting.
What happens after the Check-in?
Many leaders act on the read-out on their own. If you’d like more support, we can recommend a right-sized next step, such as a full readiness and fatigue assessment or leader coaching.
